Tattershalls was established because we think our clients deserve better. Our experiences and research tell us that both landlords and tenants alike often find the lettings process littered with uncertainty and unnecessarily stressful. We believe that the single most common complaint is not that each party wants different things from a tenancy but rather that communication and the attention to detail is often wildly amiss. That is where the services of a good letting agent are crucial.

Another common cause for anxiety relates to fees. Unsurprisingly, value for money is considered far more important than the absolute level of fees; people just want to know what they are going to get and get charged fairly for it. Excellent service is worth paying for.

At Tattershalls, we go that bit further than the others to make sure that everyone’s situation and circumstances are fully understood and that every effort is made from the outset to meet expectations.
