Chantelle transitioned from our lettings department to our sales team in 2020 where she now assumes the important role of driving each sale forward to exchange and completion. Using her knowledge and experience of the sales process, Chantelle keeps buyers and sellers updated on the progress of their transaction where often they will only be told that it rests with “the other side”. By actively staying in communication with the buyers and the sellers (and their solicitors), Chantelle can ensure that minor queries and actions don’t escalate to significant delays. Through simple explanations of what to expect and what to prepare for, the sales team is able to provide our clients with the needed support and assistance to alleviate any anxiety, especially if it is a first-time purchase. When stumbling-blocks present themselves during the conveyancing process, Chantelle is quick to address the matter and find a suitable compromise or work-around to keep the momentum going.
