OUR FEES

ARE FAIR AND SIMPLE

We believe in building long-term relationships based upon trust and transparency. Our fees therefore reflect the actual work that we have dedicated (or expect to dedicate) to serving our clients. For any additional or unexpected work that we undertake we will always discuss this with our clients in advance (if possible) and seek to charge a fair and sensible amount for our time and effort.

INTRODUCTORY

LET ONLY SERVICE

We charge 50% of the first month’s rent + VAT. For tenancies over 12 months, the fee is charged every 12 months.

  • Tenancy set up including tenancy agreement and references
  • Right to rent check carried out on all tenants
  • Collection of deposit and first month’s rent

LETTING WITH

RENT COLLECTION

50% of one month’s rent + VAT. Followed by a monthly fee of 2% of the monthly rent + VAT.

FULLY LET AND

MANAGED SERVICE

50% +VAT Let fee and 10% of the monthly rent + VAT.

  • Accompany all viewings with full knowledge of the property

  • Organise all legal documents required (Gas Safety, EPC)
  • Organise inventory and check out by a professional third party
  • Register new tenants for utilities
  • Tenancy set up including tenancy agreement and references
  • Right to rent check carried out on all tenants
  • Deposit protection
  • Rent collection
  • Monthly statements
  • Quarterly inspections
  • Point of contact for tenants
  • Organisation of maintenance and repairs
  • Service of any legal notices
  • Renewal of legal certificated
