Toni joined Tattershalls in 2022 with over 25 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry. Toni has worked for two major corporate companies within the Nottingham and Derby areas, in all areas of the estate agency industry from listing properties to dealing with conveyancing solicitors to help solve and overcome sales problems. Toni has excelled in achieving and exceeding personal and office targets and her excellent customer service skills ensures she creates long lasting relationships with our clients.

Using her knowledge and experience of the sales process, Toni keeps buyers and sellers updated on the progress of their transaction where often they will only be told that it rests with “the other side”. By actively staying in communication with the buyers and the sellers (and their solicitors), Toni can ensure that minor queries and actions don’t escalate to significant delays. Through simple explanations of what to expect and what to prepare for, the sales team can provide our clients with the needed support and assistance to alleviate any anxiety, especially if it is a first-time purchase. When stumbling-blocks present themselves during the conveyancing process, Toni is quick to address the matter and find a suitable compromise or work-around to keep the momentum going. Toni’s strengths lie in her ability to focus on the end-goals whilst applying a very pragmatic approach to finding solutions. Her logical and meticulous approach has resulted in very happy clients and a sales offering that is going from strength to strength.
